Every knife that leaves Rainy Day Forge is packaged with care — these aren't just products, they're tools built to last, and they're packed like it. Orders ship via Canada Post or UPS depending on the size and destination of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If you're local to Winnipeg, you're welcome to skip the shipping altogether. Just reach out and we'll arrange a pickup directly. It's always nice to meet the people who are going to carry these knives.

A note on US orders: Due to the current tariff situation, RDF is not shipping to the United States at this time. We hope to have this resolved soon and appreciate your patience.

RETURNS

I stand behind every knife I make. If something isn't right, reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom (some Made to Order knives) or commissioned knives are non-refundable — by the time your knife is built, it's been made specifically for you.
